Delivery

Delivery will be made to the registered customer’s shipping address. For the safety of our customers and the protection of Skyline Shirts LLC no delivery will be made any PO Box or similar shipping process.

Return Policy

Providing quality products along with your satisfaction are our main priorities. All products featured in our catalog are of the highest quality. Every brand we sell is the label it promises to be and all items include a full manufacturer’s warranty.

We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on custom printed apparel unless: your product is flawed from the manufacturer, your merchandise was damaged during shipping, or your merchandise was misprinted due to an error by Skyline Shirts. In addition, styles and sizing differ from each manufacturer. Should you have any question in reference to sizing or type of fit please feel free to contact us at 1-800-592-1522 or simply take a look at the sizing charts. Before placing an order please be sure that the size(s) you are purchasing are correct as they will not be returnable due to sizing issues. If your item(s) were misprinted, damaged or flawed you will be entitled to a credit or replacement. Please email us at returns@SkylineShirts.com or call us at 1-800-592-1522 within 15 days of receipt and we happily work with you to get the issue resolved. Merchandise can only be accepted when issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

Release

By accepting the Terms of Use you allow Skyline Shirts LLC and any of its employees to record, paraphrase, quote, photograph and/or video record any content relating to Skyline Shirts and/or its products including any and all designed product(s) on any social media platform (i.e. Facebook.com, MySpace.com, Twitter.com, Foursquare etc.) and/or any blogs or websites.

Charity Donations

Every month Skyline Shirts matches each item from our “Charity Line” products with one T-Shirt to K.I.D.S. – Kids in Distressed Situations along with the donations from the predesigned shirts/apparel/items in the “Charity Line” section. Skyline Shirts really appreciates the time a customer takes to comment or give us feedback. As there maybe a time constraint due to the volume of testimonials we get, responding to all feedback may be a challenge. Please check our site periodically as well as sign up for emails from Skyline Shirts only as we provide of customers with various incentives for providing us with testimonials, comments and/or reviews etc. You allow Skyline Shirts LLC and its affiliates and/or linked-to websites a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, completely transferable and fully sub-licensable right to 1.) Use, reproduce, modify, translate, paraphrase, distribute, create, publish, publically display any submission on www.SkylineShirts.com and on any affiliate and partner sites throughout the world. 2.) You also agree to allow us to use the name and your location that you submitted at our complete discretion. All submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary. Skyline Shirts LLC assumes no liability for any and all testimonials, reviews, comments, feedback etc. submitted by you and all customers.  

Skyline Shirts has complete authority when deciding which submission/testimonial to publish, delete, transfer, or any other action. We are not obligated to publish your submission and you agree that posting any unlawful or otherwise inappropriate submission will be immediately deleted and which you are fully responsible should any our your submission(s) break any laws.

Embellishments/Decoration

All items sold on SkylineShirts.com must be embellished or decorated. No items will be sold as blanks. You understand that if your order does not include decoration we will not be able to ship it to you. Your payment will be refunded if you do not wish to decorate your item.

SkylineShirts.com’s entire clip art library is the property of Skylineshirts.com and are licensed from 3rd party vendors which some are trademarked by Skyline Shirts LLC. Any and all products created and designed by you “the customer” does not necessarily mean that you posses exclusive rights over that design or created product. From time to time SkylineShirts.com uses customer’s design ideas to showcase and display on www.skylineshirts.com and all social media platforms. You may not copy, or use any Clip Art image contained in our library at skylineshirts.com on any other site or for the creation of any type custom apparel, promotional product, digital product, or any other use whatsoever whether commercial or personal. Unauthorized use of any clip art images or design ideas is considered copyright/trademark infringement. You hereby allow skylineshirts.com to display any and all item(s) created by you on skylineshirts.com (only those designs which are not trademarked property of you or your business) and all social media platforms and any other website property and advertising collateral. You agree not to be compensated in any way for the use of these design ideas and that they are royalty-free to Skyline Shirts. Differences in Colors (Monitors and actual prints)

Due to variety of monitors of Skylineshirts.com and its customers there will be slight to major differences of the colors that are actually on you monitor and the colors that are on the Skyline Shirts LLC deign team’s monitors. We do however posses start of the art computer technology along with our state of the art printing technology to minimize inaccuracies in color. Colors shown are a mere guideline even though many colors we use are in the standard Pantone Color Chart. Skyline Shirts LLC does not guarantee the colors and/or graphic file on your monitor are the true colors that are displaying on our monitors. SkylineShirts.com will not be held liable for the returned merchandise due to the differences in colors and/or graphics from the customer’s (your monitor and our monitors) as we use standard color matching and sizing techniques to match as best as possible. We will have no liability whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit or otherwise, as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you from Skylineshirts.com.

Sales Tax

All Florida residents will be charged a 7% Sales Tax.

Indemnity
