BASIC INFORMATION
Printing Methods- We offer 3 types of decoration methods on all products:
*Screen Printing – Considered the standard method of printing on apparel, allows for an extremely durable high quality finished product. The advantages of screen-printing over digital printing are that the garment is more colorfast over years of washing thus more durable and more cost effective.*Embroidery – The process by which a design is sewn into the item by a precise industrial embroidery machine using high quality threads. Like screen-printing, embroidery results in an extremely durable, high quality finished product that is colorfast.*Digital Printing – The process by which an image is printed directly onto a garment using inkjet technology. This method of printing is relatively new when compared to the other two processes, but offers a solution for lower quantities high color orders. **Screen Printing and Embroidery are the industry-preferred methods. **Thread counts are limited to 8,000 stitches.
