We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on custom printed apparel unless: your product is flawed from the manufacturer, your merchandise was damaged during shipping, or your merchandise was misprinted due to an error by Skyline Shirts. In addition, styles and sizing differ from each manufacturer. Before placing an order please be sure that the size(s) you are purchasing are correct as they will not be returnable due to sizing issues. If your item(s) were misprinted, damaged or flawed you will be entitled to a credit or replacement. Please email us at returns@skylineshirts.com or call us at 1-800-592-1522 within 15 days of receipt and we happily work with you to get the issue resolved. Merchandise can only be accepted when issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.
